On 16 April 2025, The Sage Group plc purchased 128,991 of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities at prices ranging from 1,165.50 pence to 1,177.50 pence, with a volume weighted average price of 1,171.17 pence. Sage will cancel all these purchased shares, which is part of a share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2024.

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Sage Group plc ("Sage" or the "Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc ("Morgan Stanley"). This is pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2024 which is expected to end no later than 3 June 2025.
