The Sage Group plc. announced on 10 July 2025 that Maggie Chan Jones is appointed as a member of its Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 August 2025. Ms. Jones has served as an independent Non-executive Director since 1 December 2022, and the company confirmed no further disclosures are required under Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
