HANetf ICAV announced a proposed merger of its HANS-GINS Cloud Technology Equal Weight UCITS ETF (Merging Fund) into its HAN-GINS Tech Megatrend Equal Weight UCITS ETF (Receiving Fund). On 26 February 2024, a circular was issued to the Merging Fund's Registered Shareholder to convene an extraordinary general meeting for approval of this proposal. Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting for the proposal to merge the Merging Fund into the Receiving Fund (the "Proposed Merger"). Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 28 March 2024.
