Further to the Notice to Noteholders published on 15 June 2026, the Issuer gives notice that the Notes have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange on 24 June 2026.

The Issuer further gives notice that with effect on and from 25 June 2026, the Notes will be delisted from the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will no longer be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The base prospectus dated 29 May 2026 relating to the Programme (under which the Notes have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange) and the Final Terms of the Notes dated 24 June 2026 have been published on the website of the Issuer at http://prospectus.socgen.com.
