Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC"), on October
27, 2022, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the following charitable
contribution.
Donation to the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- On October 27, 2022, SEC will donate KRW 4,723 million to the Korea Chamber of
Commerce and Industry to support its expenses for private sector activities related to
hosting World Expo 2030 in Busan, Korea.
