Revised date for publication of preliminary results for
the financial year ended 31 August 2025
WH Smith PLC (the "Company") announces that its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 August 2025, (previously scheduled to be announced on 12 November 2025) are expected to be published on 16 December 2025.
The independent and comprehensive review currently being undertaken by Deloitte LLP (the "Deloitte Review"), announced on 21 August 2025, is continuing and expected to conclude by the end of November 2025.
The revised date will provide the Company time to respond to the Deloitte Review and allow the Group's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, to complete the required audit procedures.
