On 10 March 2025, Senior PLC released a total of 897,028 ordinary shares and dividend equivalents to eight Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) under its 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Deferred Bonus awards. These awards originated on 8 March 2022, with LTIP performance conditions having been satisfied as to 12.03%. Subsequently, the PDMRs disposed of a combined total of 529,509 shares on the London Stock Exchange on 10 March 2025 at a price of £1.622 per share, after which David Squires holds 1,135,671 shares and Bindi Foyle holds 558,919 shares.

Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc ("the Company") were released to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") on 10 March 2025 under the terms of the following share plans:

The Senior plc 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") awards made on 8 March 2022, as a result of the performance conditions attaching to the LTIP awards having been satisfied as to 12.03%. |

The Company's Deferred Bonus award made on 8 March 2022. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the awards ordinarily vest three years after the date of grant, subject to a grantee's continued employment within the Company's Group until such time. No consideration was paid for the grant of these awards and no consideration is due on the vesting on these awards. |
Included within the number of vested shares stated below are shares relating to dividend equivalents for the LTIP and deferred bonus awards. Only existing ordinary shares sourced via the Company's Employee Benefit Trust were used to satisfy these awards.
The Company has been advised that some of the shares released to the PDMRs were subsequently disposed of on 10 March 2025, as indicated below at a share price of £1.622. These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
