Further to its announcements on 22 June 2022 and 7 November 2022, Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that David Coghlan has retired as a director of the Company and Craig Wilson, who was appointed as an independent Non-executive Director and chair-designate on 7 November 2022, has been appointed as its Non-executive Chair with immediate effect.
