The Company today announces that it has published a Notice of General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at the offices of J.P. Morgan, 60 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0JP on 17 January 2025 at 11:00 am (the "General Meeting").
At the General Meeting the Company will propose a resolution to renew the Company's authority to purchase its own shares.
