SSP Group plc announced on 4 December 2025 that three Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) purchased ordinary shares. Group CEO Patrick Coveney acquired 149,669 shares at £1.677 each, Non-Executive Director Karina Deacon acquired 18,000 shares at £1.707 each, and Non-Executive Director Timothy Lodge acquired 15,000 shares at £1.717 each.

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that the PDMRs noted in the table below have today purchased Ordinary Shares of 117/200 pence in the capital of the Company as set out in the table below.
