Following the receipt of the requisite Regulatory approvals, Helen Beck has been appointed as chair of the Group Remuneration Committee with effect from 17 September 2025. As at the same date Simon Fraser has stepped down as interim chair but remains a member of the Group Remuneration Committee. Helen also joins the Group Nomination and Governance Committee with effect from 17 September 2025.
