STV Group plc announced on 17 March 2023 the granting of share awards based on a 16 March 2023 closing share price of 252 pence. Under the 2023 Long-term Incentive Plan, 609,473 conditional nil cost share awards were granted to eight employees, including 172,142 shares to CEO Simon Pitts and 96,994 shares to CFO Lindsay Dixon. Separately, 61,637 ordinary shares were granted under the 2022 Deferred Bonus Plan to seven employees, including 24,160 shares to Simon Pitts and 11,424 shares to Lindsay Dixon.

This plan will vest in three years subject to the continued employment of the participants and the satisfaction of the undernoted performance conditions and will be released following a further holding period of two years from the vesting date:
