Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 April 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 253,413,685 ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each with voting rights.
As at 30 April 2022, the Company holds 3,116,579 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Severn Trent Plc is 250,297,106 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Severn Trent Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Severn Trent Plc notified the market of its voting rights and capital as at 30 April 2022. On that date, the company's issued share capital consisted of 253,413,685 ordinary shares. Severn Trent Plc also held 3,116,579 shares in Treasury, resulting in a total of 250,297,106 voting rights.
