As at 30 November 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 254,414,165 ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each with voting rights.
As at 30 November 2022, the Company holds 2,863,716 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Severn Trent Plc is 251,550,449 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Severn Trent Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
