Additional Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and to London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for a total of 802,000 Ordinary shares of 97 17/19p each, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission of the newly block listed Ordinary shares will become effective on 28 November 2025. When issued, the Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.
