In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market that, as at 31 March 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 303,308,247 ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds 2,218,618 shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 301,089,629.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
