Synthomer plc ('Synthomer' or 'the Group') today announces the completion of its divestment of William Blythe limited for consideration of £30m.

 

The final net cash proceeds of the divestment (conditionally announced on 6 May 2025) that were received at completion amount to £25m after adjustments for working capital, debt and debt-like items, and will be used to reduce the Group's debt.

 

William Blythe will be reported as a discontinued operation in the Group's interim results to the end of June 2025, which will be announced on 8 August.
