Tap Global Group plc

("Tap", the "Company" or the "Group")

Admission to Trading on the OTCID Basic Market in the United States

Tap Global Group plc (AIM: TAP), the innovative digital finance hub that brings money, payments and crypto settlement services together in a single user-friendly app, is pleased to announce its Ordinary Shares have been approved for cross-trading on the OTCID Basic Market ("OTCID") in the United States and will commence trading on OTCID today/ on 11 September 2026 under the ticker symbol "TAPIF".

OTCID is operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. ("OTC Markets") in New York and provides a quotation and trading platform for eligible international companies seeking greater visibility among US investors. OTCID is designed for companies that meet specified disclosure standards and enables US broker-dealers to facilitate trading in a company's shares in US dollars.

The admission provides North American investors with significantly easier access to Tap's shares through their existing brokerage accounts and broadens the Company's reach within one of the world's most active investment markets. As the US represents the most important market for digital assets, the Board believes the OTCID quotation will enhance awareness of Tap among a wider international investor audience at a time of growing institutional adoption, investor participation, retail investor enthusiasm and integration with traditional financial markets.

In particular, the US is a key market in which to raise awareness of Tap's Digital Asset Income Strategy ("DAIS"), a yield-earning reserve of digital assets, deployed through the Group's established proprietary Tap Earn programme (as announced on 24 August 2026).

OTCID is not a US stock exchange listing. The securities quoted under "TAPIF" are the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, cross-traded by US broker-dealers in US dollars during US market hours, and are the same shares, and fully fungible with those, traded on AIM. The "F" suffix in the ticker denotes a foreign ordinary share quotation. No new Ordinary shares were issued through this process, and no American Depositary Receipts have been created. Cross-trading on OTCID will not impact trading of the Company's Ordinary shares on AIM, which will continue under the ticker symbol "TAP". The Company will continue to make all announcements and disclosures to the London Stock Exchange through the Regulatory News Service and is not subject to any Sarbanes-Oxley or US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.

Arsen Torosian, Group CEO and Co-Founder, commented:

"The United States is the world's leading market for digital assets and an important audience for companies operating within the sector. We are aiming to build the UK's largest income-generating digital asset treasury, so trading on OTCID increases Tap's visibility among North American investors and provides a more accessible route for them to participate in this opportunity."
