In accordance with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2022 consisted of 468,534,065 ordinary shares and 2,394,000 preference shares, which have limited voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 468,534,065 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tate & Lyle PLC under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
