Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') notifies the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital as at 30 May 2025 consisted of 476,739,452 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one vote, including 31,294,579 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Ordinary Shares held in Treasury do not carry any voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 445,444,873 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tate & Lyle PLC under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Tate & Lyle PLC notified the market on 02 June 2025 that as at 30 May 2025, its issued share capital comprised 476,739,452 ordinary shares. Of these, 31,294,579 ordinary shares were held in Treasury, which do not carry voting rights. This resulted in a total of 445,444,873 voting rights in the Company.
