Further to the announcement made on 17 August 2022, Tavistock now confirms that the 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each that were acquired by the Company on that date (the "Buyback Shares") have been cancelled.
Total Voting Rights
Now the Buyback Shares have been cancelled, the Company has 555,377,576 ordinary shares in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 555,377,576 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
