Following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital consists of 795,390,932 Ordinary shares of which a total 49,889,652 shares are held in treasury. The remaining 745,501,280 shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
