TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces that it was today informed that Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, purchased an aggregate 78,860 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 21.93 pence per share on 28 March 2024 and 02 April 2024.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 3,916,860 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
