Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that, as at 1 April 2026, the Company's share capital consists of 944,906,000 ordinary shares in issue and 60,000,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 944,906,000.
This figure (944,906,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
