Ten launches fully digital lifestyle platform for HSBC UK Premier customers with preferential rates, priority access and exclusive offers across travel, restaurants, entertainment and experiences

Ten Technologies Group plc  (AIM: TENG), a leading global customer experience and loyalty platform for financial institutions and other premium brands, is pleased to announce the launch of a new fully digital lifestyle platform for HSBC Premier customers in the UK.

The service is available to over one million eligible HSBC UK Premier customers through the HSBC UK mobile banking app, with single sign-on providing seamless access to the co-branded, Ten-powered platform.

HSBC UK Premier customers can find the "Premier Lifestyle" service by selecting "Rewards and benefits" from the mobile banking app menu.

The platform gives customers digital access to travel, restaurants, entertainment and experiences, including preferential rates, priority access, exclusive offers and curated content.

Personalised onboarding and engagement journeys are designed to drive activation, repeat usage and customer loyalty.

The launch follows the multi-year contract win announced on 5 January 2026, when the fully digital programme was initially expected to be categorised as a Medium¹ contract. The programme sits alongside Ten's existing high-touch concierge programme for HSBC Private Banking customers.

Alex Cheatle, CEO of Ten Technologies Group plc, said:

"We are delighted to launch this fully digital lifestyle platform for HSBC UK Premier customers, building on our long-standing relationship with HSBC across multiple global markets. By combining seamless access through the HSBC UK mobile banking app with Ten's technology, supplier relationships and personalised engagement capabilities, the programme provides relevant benefits and experiences at scale."

"It is fitting that this fully digital launch coincides with our change of name to Ten Technologies Group, demonstrating the increasingly central role our technology plays in the solutions we deliver for clients and in our future growth."

¹ Ten categorises its corporate client contracts based on the annualised value paid, or expected to be paid, by the corporate client for the provision of concierge and related services by Ten as: Small contracts (below £0.25m); Medium contracts (between £0.25m and £2m); Large contracts (between £2m and £5m); and Extra Large contracts (over £5m). This does not include the revenue generated from suppliers through the provision of concierge services.
