Annual General Meeting 28 January 2022

This announcement provides confirmation of Treatt's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") arrangements as detailed in the Notice of the 2022 AGM, published on 14 December 2021.

With the Government's announcement yesterday on the lifting of Plan B Covid restrictions, Treatt confirms that its AGM on 28 January will proceed as an open meeting, as planned, and we look forward to welcoming shareholders in person to our new site at Skyliner Way in Bury St Edmunds.
