Capital Reduction Becomes Effective
The Company is pleased to announce that, pursuant to an order issued by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (the "Court") for the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve (the "Capital Reduction") on 28 July 2026, the order of the Court confirming the Capital Reduction, and a statement of capital approved by the Court, were duly registered by the Registrar of Companies. Accordingly, the Capital Reduction has now become effective.
Details of the Capital Reduction, which was approved by shareholders on 24 June 2026, were set out in the Notice of annual general meeting published on 22 May 2026. The Capital Reduction does not involve any distribution or payment of capital by the Company.
