£7.6 Million Five-Year Contract Win and £1.2 Million p.a. Contract Extension

Tialis Essential IT plc (AIM: TIA), the mid-market IT Managed Services provider, is pleased to announce that it has secured a significant new contract valued at approximately £7.6 million over a five-year term, together with the extension of an existing customer agreement worth approximately £1.2 million per annum.

New Contract Award

The Group has been awarded a new five-year contract with a major customer operating within the Utilities market. The agreement has a total contract value of approximately £7.6 million and will commence during October 2026.

Under the terms of the contract, the Group will provide End User Services supporting the customer's ongoing operational and strategic requirements. The contract further strengthens the Group's position within the sector and provides a strong platform for future growth.

Contract Extension

In addition to the new contract win, the Group has secured an extension to an existing high-profile Public-Sector customer contract that generates approximately £1.2 million of annual recurring revenue. The extension has a term of 12 months from 1 October 2026 with the option for further extensions of up to 6 months. This reflects the strength of the Group's long-standing customer relationship and the continued demand for its services.

The contract extension ensures continuity of revenue from a key customer and further enhances the visibility of the Group's recurring revenue base.

Peter Hallett, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of Tialis Essential IT plc commented:

"We are delighted to announce both this significant new five-year contract award and the extension of an important existing customer relationship.

The £7.6 million contract win demonstrates the strength of our service proposition and further develops our position within the Utilities sector. Together with the extension of our existing agreement generating approximately £1.2 million of annual revenue, these agreements strengthen our contracted revenue base and provide increased visibility over future revenues.

We continue to see encouraging opportunities across our target markets and remain focused on converting those opportunities while delivering high-quality services to our customers."

The Board believes that these agreements further strengthen the Group's contracted revenue base and support its strategic priorities. Revenue associated with both contracts will be recognised over their respective contract periods.
