THE MISSION GROUP plc

("MISSION", "the Group")

MISSION completes simplification of portfolio to establish lead brands,

Bray Leino and Mongoose

MISSION Group plc (AIM:TMG), a collective of sector-leading Creative, Sports and MarTech Businesses, is pleased to announce further progress against the Group's strategic priorities with the completion of the final stages of the simplification of the Group's Agency portfolio.

Mongoose merges with Bray Leino Events to expand global capabilities

Global sports and lifestyle organisation Mongoose ("Mongoose") and award-winning brand experience agency Bray Leino Events, have come together under the Mongoose brand to expand capabilities and elevate creative impact for Clients.

The merger brings together Mongoose's expertise in sports partnerships, communications and experiential with Bray Leino Events' five decades of expertise delivering high-profile live events, exhibitions and brand experiences. The combined business creates a broader, more integrated proposition through a single operation - bringing greater scale, stronger creative capability and enhanced international delivery capabilities by putting brands at the centre of what people care about.

The combined entity will be led by Mongoose CEO, Chris O'Donoghue, and will utilise more than 175 specialists from both existing businesses. Together, the company will deliver over 250 experiences annually across more than 30 countries, with bespoke Client teams built to deliver integrated campaigns and sponsorships on an international scale while maintaining consistency of execution and creative quality.

Integration of Bray Leino and krow Group under Bray Leino brand

The Group also confirmed earlier this month that Agencies Bray Leino and krow Group have been integrated under the Bray Leino brand into a single, unified B2C and B2B agency with a focus on establishing a powerful business delivering value through integration, efficiency, and innovation.

The combined business will be led by Bray Leino CEO, Kate Cox, and will utilise more than 300 specialists from both existing agencies. Its expanded offer will span strategy, creative, customer experience, digital, media, social, CRM, data, activation and production. The combined agency officially began operating under the Bray Leino name on 1 September 2026.

John Carey, CEO of MISSION, said:

"Following an extensive review of the Group's structure last year, we are focused on moving forward with a strengthened operating platform and clear set of strategic growth priorities.

The simplification of part of our portfolio under Bray Leino and Mongoose enables us to consolidate capabilities and leadership, and establish powerful Businesses across their respective markets. This offers our Clients access to deeper and more integrated expertise across the marketing mix with greater national and international reach.

Kate and Chris are two highly experienced leaders and valued members of our Senior Leadership Team. I look forward to continuing to work closely with them and their wider teams as we make further progress against our strategy and unlock new growth opportunities across the Group."

Chris O'Donoghue, CEO of Mongoose, said:

"This is an important phase of growth for Mongoose. Clients are increasingly looking for businesses that can develop sponsorship strategies, create compelling communications, deliver world-class live experiences, and activate partnerships seamlessly across multiple markets. The addition of Bray Leino Events allows us to do just that, while maintaining the creative and delivery excellence Mongoose is known for."

Kate Cox, CEO of Bray Leino, said:

"It is a hugely exciting new chapter for Bray Leino. Both Bray Leino and krow have built strong reputations for effective work and long-standing Client relationships. Bringing them together gives us a broader integrated offer with much more depth behind it, while creating a stronger platform for the next stage of growth.

Our Clients are facing increasingly complex challenges and are looking for partners who can connect thinking across the full marketing mix. Combining our teams gives them access to a larger pool of expertise and gives our people more opportunities to do ambitious work. I am incredibly excited about what we will build together."
