Result of GM

Further to the Company's announcement on 6 December 2023, the Company held its General Meeting today (the "GM").

All resolutions proposed at the GM were passed and Company will today publish the full voting results on its website in accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.

The Company have been informed by AIM that the cancellation of trading of its Shares on AIM will proceed with effect from 7am on 8 January 2024, pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

The Company expects changes to the corporate structure to be completed within 14 days.

Further details of the proposed Matched Bargain Facility will be provided via the Company's website in due course.

In the future the Company intends to issue communications to the public through a News Section on its website and through enhanced social media channels.
