Further to the Company's results announcement dated 20 December 2022, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30 September 2022 has been posted to shareholders.
The Company also announces that it has posted a notice and proxy to shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 2 March 2023 at 10am.
