ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 2,093,574 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 105.216 pence per share on 4 April 2023 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 21 September 2022.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 18 April 2023.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 67,181,195:
9,777,285 A Ordinary Shares
6,758,795 B Ordinary Shares
50,645,115 Venture Shares
