Notice of 2022 Capital Markets Seminar

TRIG will be holding a Capital Markets Seminar in London (UK) for institutional investors and sell-side analysts on Wednesday, 27 April 2022 at 15:00 UK time.

The event will consist of presentations by the Managers of TRIG, InfraRed and RES. These presentations will explore key themes relevant to the Company's strategy, particularly with regards to development and construction, and InfraRed's approach to portfolio construction.

This will be a hybrid event at InfraRed's offices (Level 7, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7HH) with the option to watch a livestream.

Registration will begin at 15:00 (UK time). Presentations will start at 15:30 (UK time), followed by a Q&A session. Formal proceedings are expected to conclude by 17:00 (UK time) and will be followed by refreshments.

Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 27 May 2022 has been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy.

A copy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
