Trinity, the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM is to be held on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES
