Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 15 December 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 16 September 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").
