REMOVAL OF NOMINATED ADVISER STATUS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 33 of the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.

Following the consolidation of its nominated adviser business into Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, Cavendish Securities plc (formerly Cenkos Securities plc) has requested the removal of its status as a nominated adviser.

This firm has therefore been removed from the register of nominated advisers (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) with effect from 26 April 2024.
