This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 33 of the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.

Following the consolidation of its nominated adviser business into Panmure Liberum Limited, Panmure Liberum Capital Limited (formerly Liberum Capital Limited) has requested removal of its status as a nominated adviser.

The firm has therefore been removed from the register of nominated advisers (as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies) with effect from 8 November 2024.
