Rule 19.6(c) confirmation with respect to stated post-offer intentions with regard to Renewi Limited (formerly Renewi plc) ("Renewi")

BidCo announces that, further to the completion of its recommended cash offer for Renewi, which was effected by way of scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, on 6 June 2025, its board of directors has duly confirmed in writing to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that the Company has complied with its post-offer intention statements made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its announcement of 13 February 2025 and the scheme document published on 28 February 2025 and as subsequently revised in the Company's announcement of 19 June 2025 made pursuant to Rule 19.6(b) of the Code.
