On his appointment, Jitesh will join the Nominations & Governance and Remuneration Committees and assume the Chair of the Remuneration Committee from the conclusion of their AGM on 12 May 2022.
The Company has been further advised that Irene Dorner, Chairman of Taylor Wimpey plc, will step down as a Non-Executive Director of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc at their AGM on 12 May 2022.
