FTSE Russell announced on 29 July 2024 that Tyman (UK) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index, effective 01 August 2024, following court sanctioning and subject to the completion of Quanex Building Products' (USA) cash and share offer for Tyman. Concurrently, Bloomsbury Publishing (UK) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index, also effective 01 August 2024.

Following court sanctioning and subject to the completion of the cash and share offer by Quanex Building Products (USA, non-constituent) for Tyman (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
Tyman (UK, B29H425) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.
Bloomsbury Publishing (UK, 3314775) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.
All changes effective 01 August 2024.
