The Company announces that on 17 June 2024, it purchased 1,689,372 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.88% of the issued share capital at a price of 95.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 190,946,007 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
