The Company announces that on 15 August 2024 it purchased 834,951 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.44% of the issued share capital at a price of 93.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 190,926,981 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
