BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 238^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday 03 August 2022 at Islamabad at 09:30 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the half year ended 30 June 2022 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 25 July 2022 to 03 August 2022 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
