The voting rights disclosed under Section 8.A are held indirectly under DTR 5.2.1R(h) via an AJ Bell SIPP. Legal title to the shares is registered in the name of Sippdeal Nominees Limited on behalf of AJ Bell Management Limited as custodian/trustee for Marek Nelken.
