TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at market close on 28 August 2026:
· it had 2,158,897,044 issued ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") admitted to trading. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company; and
· it had 148,551,612 shares held in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure will be 2,158,897,044 and may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
