Dear Sir/Madam,

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, May 11, 2026, has considered and approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.   

The Board has recommended a dividend of 300% i.e. Rs. 6/- per equity share on equity shares of
Rs. 2/- each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
