Scrip Scheme elections were received in respect of 50,485,651 shares representing a take up of approximately 10.31% of the Company's share capital. This will result in the issue of 602,016 new ordinary shares (approximately 0.12% of the current issued share capital).  These shares will be issued at a price of 709.50 pence each (this being the Scrip Reference Share Price announced on 25 September 2025). Following the issue of these shares, the total number of shares in issue and voting rights in the Company will be 490,043,571 with effect from 31 October 2025.
