London and Tashkent, 21 July 2026 - The "National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan" JSC (the "Company" - LSE: UZNF, UZ20; RSE "Toshkent": UZNF) today announces that its June 2026 NAV report is now available on the Company's website at https://www.uznif.com/en-uz/investor-relations.
As of 30 June 2026, the Company's NAV was UZS 31,670bn / USD 2.63bn, representing an increase of 8.5% compared with 31 May 2026, with NAV per ordinary share of UZS 6.27 / USD 0.0005 and NAV per GDR calculated as USD 33.61. The exchange rate used is the official exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan as of the reporting date.
The increase compared with the NAV as of 31 May 2026 is primarily attributable to updated fair values for certain of UzNIF's unlisted and illiquid listed holdings, based on valuation reports prepared with the assistance of an independent valuer. The valuation methodologies applied to the relevant holdings remain unchanged, although relevant valuation inputs and assumptions have been updated in the ordinary course.

About UzNIF
UzNIF was established in December 2024 as a joint-stock company in Uzbekistan following the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the establishment of the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated 27 August 2024.
FE "Franklin Templeton Asset Management" LLC, a company incorporated in Uzbekistan, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. based in Tashkent, was appointed as Trustee of UzNIF, following the signing of an Investment Management Agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan. The Trustee was appointed as trustee of the Company effective 1 May 2025, and all management powers were transferred to the Trustee on 11 August 2025.
