VALUE AND INDEXED PROPERTY INCOME TRUST PLC

DECLARATION OF FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

The Board of Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC ("the Company") declares a first quarter dividend of 3.00p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year to 31 March 2023, payable on 28 October 2022 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 30 September 2022. The ex-dividend date is 29 September 2022.

The Board will announce in due course the proposed further quarterly dividend payments for the year to 31 March 2023, which will be paid on or around 27 January 2023, 28 April 2023 and 28 July 2023.
