Total Voting Rights
As at 31 August 2022, the issued share capital of Visum Technologies plc (the "Company") comprised of 52,149,858 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares), with a nominal value of £0.01 per share, with each Ordinary Share carrying one vote. The Company holds no Shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 52,149,858 (the 'Figure').
This Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
